Camper & Nicholsons is delighted to appoint Julie Bichon as global head of charter management. Julie assumed the role on 11 September 2023 and will be working out of the Camper & Nicholsons Monaco office.

Julie brings 14 years of charter management experience. She spent 11 years as a charter manager with YachtZoo, followed by three years at Hill Robinson, leading her to the role of the head of charter management. Julie has an excellent record for marketing and managing complex charter fleets. These skills will help further strengthen and expand the Camper & Nicholsons fleet. She also excels at building and nurturing industry networks, to maximise the charter experience for clients.

"Julie Bichon shares our commitment to deliver the highest quality of service to both current and future clients," says Paolo Casani, chief executive officer at Camper & Nicholsons. "She has great enthusiasm, and I am confident that she will be instrumental in the continued development and growth of the Camper & Nicholsons charter fleet."

This is a demanding role that requires broad knowledge and strong organisational skills. Julie brings both. She has a deep understanding of both the superyacht industry and luxury travel sector, and the expertise to lead the Camper & Nicholsons charter management team.

"I am delighted to join a company with such a strong brand and heritage," says Julie Bichon, global head of charter management at Camper & Nicholsons. "The team is incredibly strong and I look forward to fostering collaboration and generating new ideas to enhance the success of the company's charter fleet."
