BlueNav has announced a significant milestone in its expansion strategy with the appointment of a new sales and service dealer for the Middle East and North African (MENA) region.

The agreement was formalized during the prestigious Dubai International Boat Show, which showcased the growing demand for recreational boats in MENA and the increasing interest in sustainable solutions.

BlueNav, established in 2020, focuses on developing forward-thinking and environmentally conscious motorization solutions. These solutions are designed to convert medium-sized boats, ranging from 8 to 15 meters in length, normally propelled by combustion engines, into hybrid electric boats. At the heart of their innovation lies BlueSpin, a powerful electric motor equipped with a retractable, compact, and lightweight design. This motor can be effortlessly installed in both newly constructed boats and existing ones as a retrofit option. BlueSpin seamlessly integrates with an advanced navigation system, enabling optimal energy usage scenarios while utilizing the motor.

2023 Dubai International Boat Show clearly highlighted the increasing demand for recreational boats in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), as well as the inclination for incorporating sustainable solutions. It was precisely during this prominent event that French marine electric add-on engine manufacturer, BlueNav, has agreed MENA dealer rights with Exalto Emirates, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

A new partnership to ensure the deployment of BlueNav's products and services in this dynamic region
BlueNav brings a concrete response to the energy transition challenges by offering an easily and immediately implementable solution through hybridization, bringing today's electric mobility to life.

BlueNav has granted exclusive distributorship rights for the MENA market to Exalto Emirates, a reputable company based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Starting from June 2023, Exalto Emirates will be responsible for handling sales, service, installation, and after-sales support for BlueNav products in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the Maldives, catering to both the leisure and commercial boats.

Exalto Emirates' moto is "Everything we do, we do to making boating better" Which is "to assist customers in building, servicing, and operating exceptional boats", said a representative from Exalto Emirates.

Exalto Emirates, established in 1994, has rapidly established itself as the premier distributor of premium marine equipment and supplies in the Middle East. Their partnership with BlueNav marks a pivotal moment in their journey, aligning with their vision to offer cutting-edge solutions and superior navigation experiences to customers in their region.

Relying on Exalto Emirates, as a local dealer, is key to convey BlueNav's vision across their market and participate in offering an unparalleled navigation experience.

"BlueNav's international expansion is driven by its vision to spearhead the evolution of electric propulsion technology in the boating industry, making electric propulsion the new standard. By collaborating with partners and engaging with industry stakeholders globally, we aim to showcase the benefits and possibilities of alternative propulsion systems, including enhanced efficiency, reduced emissions, and improved performance. BlueNav strives to be a catalyst for positive change in the global boating industry." - Thomas FROUIN, co-founder of BlueNav.

Exalto Emirates is always looking for the newest technologies that can be of benefit to our customers and fit in with our philosophy of using technology towards creating a more sustainable future. Electric propulsion is one of our big focus areas and we felt that BlueNav fit the bill perfectly by easily adapting from a traditional hydrocarbon propulsion boat to a hybrid boat.
