Nautor Swan appoints Matteo Gandini as Chief Commercial Officer

Giovanni Pomati, Nautor Group CEO, recently announced the appointment of Matteo Gandini as Chief Commercial Officer and Business Development.

From 2014 to 2022 he worked for Ferrari, where he held multiple positions from Global Business Development Manager to Regional Sales Manager for Australasia and, finally, as Head of Sales for North Europe region. Prior to this, we worked for BMW group as Central-Southeastern Europe Special Projects Specialist.

Matteo holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business management and a master in international management.

At Nautor Swan, Matteo, will work closely with the CEO on the Business Development streams linked to the new Businesses Power and Services on top of leading the Commercial Team together with the Regional Directors overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing strategies whilst maximizing business opportunities.

The appointment of Matteo is part of the development of the new strategy of Nautor Swan.
