The fifth edition of the EUROSAF Mixed Offshore European Championship will take place in Italy again, as a leg of the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour: 19 to 24 June, non-stop from La Spezia to Genoa.

The 2023 Nastro Rosa EUROSAF Mixed Offshore European Championship is a non-stop race on Bénéteau Figaro3 boats, for double-mixed crews, and without on-water assistance from start to finish. No stop-overs are planned. The Bénéteau Figaro3 are foiling boats optimized for double-handed sailing, provided by the organizer.

The start will be in front of La Spezia on 21 June 2023. There are two course options, depending on the weather and wind forecast for the next days. The finishing time limit is 80 hours after the start. Prizes include trophies and money prizes, and the prize-giving will be held at a special place: At The Ocean Race Village in Genova Porto Antico.
