Typhoon International launches new technical clothing collection

by Typhoon International 27 Mar 2023 02:30 PDT

Typhoon International is launching a new technical clothing collection for the 2023 boating season.

Comprised of six unique and innovative garments, this exciting new collection is the result of Typhoon's seven decades of experience in technical marine apparel manufacture and design, coupled with a thorough understanding of the needs of watersports enthusiasts.

"Following the launch of our technical dinghy range in 2021, this new collection of high-performance clothing is a logical and natural progression for Typhoon," says Amy Grealish, marketing and communications manager at Typhoon International.

"Working with the latest fabrics and innovative production processes, and with performance and comfort at the heart of the design process, this new range provides sailors and powerboaters with multiple options for protection against the elements or during offshore voyages where conditions may be more challenging over extended periods of time."

Typhoon's new technical clothing collection includes:

TX-3+ Offshore Jacket

Ideal for ocean navigation and equally suitable for sailing, racing or powerboating, the TX-3+ Offshore Jacket is a waterproof and windproof highly technical jacket.

Manufactured from a high performance three-layer material with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating, the fully taped seam construction provides all weather protection.

Packed with innovative features, including a double cuff to reduce water influx, a fully adjustable high collar and an ergonomic hood and facemask, this jacket offers maximum protection from the elements. The fleece lined collar and side pockets provide additional comfort, and the outer and inner chest pockets provide storage for essentials.
