The B14 Class Association are pleased to announce that the first major event after the last three years of uncertainty is on Lake Garda. For the fastest hiking boat in the world there can be no other venue that offers the steady winds, sunshine and stunning scenery that Garda can offer.

The event at Circolo Vela Torbole will consist of the European and Open Championships starting on Thurs 13th July for 3 days followed by a lay day and then the main event, the World Championships starting on Mon 17th to the 21st July.

Besides the British and European fleets entering boats, the Australians will also be sailing and hope to have 9-12 boats. Who will take home the Ashes this time?

If you'd like to know more then come to the RYA Dinghy Show at Farnborough this weekend (25th/26th Feb) and we will be on stand C18. Just look for the B14 "Rocketship" and the latest Seavolution boat to hit the water.

And if you're looking for a boat there are a couple of very competitive boats that have just come onto the market that would get you to the front of the fleet! Details available on the stand.

Just in case any of you were in any doubt as to why Garda is considered to be worth the trip, take a look at this:

At the same time, but on different courses, we will be joined by the Musto Skiffs for their World Championship. They are hoping for around 60-70 boats from all over the world.

We hope to see you there!
