Sacs Tecnorib is showing the PIRELLI 35 and PIRELLI 50, two versions of the PIRELLI-branded walkaround speedboats line, for which it is a licensee, at the Miami International Yacht Show from February 15-19, 2023. Both with outboard engines, the speedboat line-up is attractive to the U.S. market for their power and sporty styling.

Following the debut of the PIRELLI 42 at the Fort Lauderdale boat show in 2022, the PIRELLI-branded speedboats are back in the U.S. This year, Sacs Tecnorib has chosen to show two of its top models for the first time: the PIRELLI 35 and the flagship PIRELLI 50. They have been chosen to represent the characteristics of the Italian brand here in the U.S. market, showcasing power, driving safety and design. The Miami debut was chosen based on the strong impact the show has on the boating enthusiast -not only in the U.S. but for its more than 100,000 visitors from all over the world, more than 1,000 boatyards and 1,000 boats, representing a turnover that reaches almost $1.5 billion.

Sacs Tecnorib, already present for years on the American market with the Sacs brand, is a point of reference for boat owners eager for "Made in Italy" performance and style. The brand is launching PIRELLI-branded ribs as well as its speedboat line. All the Sacs Tecnorib products are appreciated for qualities that combine performance, comfort and design, thus meeting the demands and taste of owners on the other side of the Atlantic. Also contributing to the success of these models is PIRELLI's growing brand awareness and affinity in North America, due to its involvement in motor sports - which is experiencing an increase in popularity and outreach at this time.

The PIRELLI-branded walkaround speedboats line

PIRELLI 50 is the flagship model of the speedboat family with a distinct racing spirit that is captured by the entire line - the PIRELLI 42, 35 and 30, the day cruiser which made its world premiere at BOOT in Düsseldorf and is designed exclusively in the outboard version to accentuate the brand's more adrenaline-filled and sporty spirit. The line is known for its revolutionary walkaround layout, designed by Ted Mannerfelt, head of the Mannerfelt Design Team firm. His vision fundamentally changed the world of maxiribs, improving style and life on board. All models also feature the CINTURATO™ Blue Full Wet tread pattern, the wet tyre used in the top motorsport competition in which Pirelli is present as the sole supplier.

Designed also for medium-range day cruising and ideal as a superyacht's chase boat, the 15-metre PIRELLI 50 comes in two versions: inboard and outboard, the latter designed especially for the U.S. market. And in Miami, this maxirib will be equipped with three powerful Mercury 600 hp engines, a guarantee for planing at over 50 knots. A model "that looks fast even when at a standstill," is already aggressive with taut lines of tubular structures and the sharp cuts of the deckhouse and softened by the sinuosity of the hard-top and the aft section of the gunwale. Delivering not only speed but also safety, this model is equipped with numerous and convenient handrails alongside the sun beds and bulwarks. Relaxation areas also abound on the flagship with an extendible teak coffee table in the dinette. The comfortable and ergonomic helm station can accommodate up to three people, and its elevated position above the deck enhances 360-degree visibility. Below deck, the layout includes two double cabins providing ample space, with attention to detail and refined and sophisticated design that stand out.

The PIRELLI 35, a successful evolution of its sister PIRELLI 42 and its winning solutions, is a rib with a double-stepped planing hull for utmost stability, safety and outstanding performance. In Miami, this model will be equipped with two brand new Mercury V10 400 hp engines. The much-appreciated walkaround philosophy allows for maximum freedom of movement, and features large sun beds and relaxation areas. Utmost safety when driving is also a focus, with two seats, thanks to the monolithic structure that from the windshield morphs into the T-Top, and always with Pirelli style and elegance. The interior layout includes a full-beam bed compartment at the bow and, on request, a separate bathroom, characteristics that make this 11-metre boat ideal for short- and medium-range cruises.
