SBS BoatLife are delighted to announce that digital partner, savvy navvy, has created a unique digital floor plan for the second edition of the show at NEC Birmingham taking place this week.

With thousands of people expected at this boating event, the savvy navvy app will enable them to find all the exhibitors directly listed. Users can even type in the exhibitor or stand number required, it will appear on the map, and then show a live location to make navigating to stands so much easier.

Download the app for a free trial to gain access, or use this QR code (The app works on GPS so once you are at the show it will pick up your location). The static show map can be found here.

savvy navvy really is as simple as 'Google Maps for boats' and has gone from strength to strength since launching just five years ago. The all-in-one navigation app has been developed and regularly updated with unique and user-friendly features based on feedback. It gives anyone on the water - whether a paddleboarder, kayaker, jet skier or a 50ft yacht - access to their platform.

Jelte Liebrand, CEO and Founder of savvy navvy commented, "We set up savvy navvy to innovate the industry through our all-in-one navigation app, so we felt it was only appropriate to ensure that anyone visiting SBS BoatLife 2023 could easily find exhibitors digitally too. Whilst we help new and experienced boaters all over the globe navigate more safely, we are looking forward to also enhancing the visitor experience at SBS BoatLife, leaving more time to enjoy boating and the best of what the industry has to offer".

Anticipation is growing for SBS BoatLife opening this week, providing a celebration of life on the water ahead of the approaching season. Richard Dove, MD of BoatLife Events stated, "The show is 25% bigger this year, with over 50 more boats, so the partnership with savvy navvy has come at a great time to help visitors find what they need quickly and easily within the show".
