19th Warren Jones International Youth Regatta proceedings get underway today

The 19th edition of Perth's iconic youth matching regatta gets under way today as teams weigh-in, register and complete their official crew practice aboard the Foundation-36 yachts in Matilda Bay.

This year's Warren Jones International Youth Regatta, hosted by Royal Perth Yacht Club, celebrates the return of interstate and international travelling teams as the Covid pandemic put a halt to the regatta in 2021 & 2022.

This year's regatta is not without some interruptions, with the unfortunate recent flooding playing havoc with flights & travel plans for our kiwi competitiors. We would like to wish all of our neighbours across the ditch all the best during this time of uncertainty.
