2023 Annapolis-to-Newport Race update

As of January 26th, 33 boats have begun the process to prepare for the 39th edition of the race. There are entries reflected in all five classes offered: ORC, ORC Cruiser, ORC Racer-Cruiser, ORC Double Handed and PHRF.

The 2023 Annapolis to Newport Race is supported by Annapolis Yacht Club, Ida Lewis Yacht Club, Naval Academy Sailing and Storm Trysail Club. Information on the race including official documents and online entry can be found on the official event site.

Prospector posts elapsed time victory in A2N Race

Artemis joins Annapolis to Newport Race
Among the fourteen yachts competing in the ORC 2 division will be Artemis This year the crew will include several veteran A2N racers, as well as a few first-timers! The 2021 edition has crossed the 70 boat mark with 72 registrants Although we may see changes to the scratch sheet as the event approaches, the list of diverse home ports includes the UK and Germany, Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, NY, Pennsylvania, and a large number of boats from the Delmarva peninsula and New England.
