Leading Dutch technology company YachtCloud announces an exciting new collaboration with SuperYacht Spares. The innovative integration of SYS Gateway and YachtCloud's GEST service call system is now available, offering clients a safe, reliable and simple solution to onboard communication.

YachtCloud is proud to announce its latest collaboration with leading superyacht supplier SuperYacht Spares. The new partnership sees the integration of SuperYacht Spares Gateway and the award-winning GEST service call system by YachtCloud, offering clients an exciting solution for safe, reliable and easy onboard communication.

GEST meets SYS gateway

The partnership between YachtCloud and SYS offers clients a cost-effective solution to the upgrade of service call or AMCS pager systems. The GEST system is the perfect add-on to SYS' upgraded gateway solution to integrate UHF systems with alarm and monitoring, explains YachtCloud's Roel van der Zwet.

Superyacht Spares developed a UHF radio system which perfectly complements the GEST service call devices. Apart from giving the client a richer experience when calling for service, integration into other systems is now much easier, with as less hardware as possible. No service contracts or software updates are required, all necessary programming software is included with the supply of the hardware, and remote support is always available if needed.

"The mindset of Superyacht Spares and YachtCloud on how to add value to the crew, owner and guests are also very similar," van der Zwet continues. "This synergy really shines through in this collaboration."

Onboard communication made easy

Superyacht Spares Managing Director, Timo Dam, explains the benefits of the latest development. "In order to simplify the complex integration of communication systems onboard, SuperYacht Spares have teamed up with GEST to replace our conventional service call buttons. SYS is now supplying GEST buttons with upgraded firmware. We're proud to be able to deliver an easy, plug-and-play integration of service call with Ultra High Frequency (UHF) radio systems and Crestron."

In early 2023 Superyacht Spares will also launch a wireless UHF intercom which will add even more functionality to UHF systems. To learn more about what the new partnership between YachtCloud and SuperYacht Spares could mean for your onboard communication experience, contact the team at .
