From the 21st to the 29th January 2023, Düsseldorf will once again be dominated by water sports: boot will open the doors of its 16 exhibition halls for nine days.

Boats and yachts of all classes, boards and diving equipment, paddle boats and kayaks as well as fantastic destinations all over the world are the focus here. 1,500 exhibitors from 68 countries are on board on an area of 220,000 square meters.

The tour of boot 2023 starts in Hall 1 with medium-sized motor yachts and steel yachts from the traditional shipyards. The "Motor Walk" of boot continues through Hall 3, where there are motor boats in classes up to ten meters and outboard motors of all sizes and classes. Scandinavian motorboats and many models with innovative, alternative drives are the hit in Hall 4. The Superboat Hall 5 impresses with both classic elegance and futuristic new developments in tenders and noble dinghies, the so-called shadowboats. And then it's on to the luxurious highlight of boot: in Hall 6 the long-hulled beauties of the luxury shipyards will be competing. Those who like it even bigger and more comfortable will get their money's worth with the models of the super yacht manufacturers and the ideas for exquisite interior design in Hall 7a. The growing segment of motor boats will also, for the first time, include Hall 9 with tender boats and ribs up to ten meters

After so much luxury impressions, the eye looks forward to a picturesque relaxation in Hall 7 with maritime art. Well-known artists will delight visitors with their large-format paintings with sea scenes, delicately drawn model ship drawings or sculptures.

Well rested and relaxed, we set off for the breathtaking technology halls at boot. Engine manufacturers with their latest, innovative drives as well as marina outfitters, boat outfitters, accessory manufacturers and maritime clothing are presenting their new developments in Hall 10 and 11.

This is also where the new "blue innovation dock" (bid) will attract visitors, a stage in hall 10 with a discussion forum for topics relating to sustainability in boat production, boating and the environmentally friendly orientation of boat harbours and large marinas. On all nine days of the fair, top European politicians, the manufacturing industry, marina operators and international associations will be in attendance. Visions and concrete implementations for water sports are on the focus at bid. The program is coordinated by the Association of the European Boating Industry (EBI).

Professional boat builders, restorers and "do it yourself" professionals will experience an active exchange among sailmakers, painters and outfitters in Hall 11. The focus will be on the exchange of experience and experts in the "Refit Center".

Afterwards, visitors will visually dive deep into the glittering waters of the new diving tower in Hall 12. With a diameter of eight and a height of four meters, it is the meeting point of the international diving community. Around the "Dive Center" the big names from the manufacturers, dealers and tour operators will appear and present their current offers.

Unbound, versatile and ripe for holidays, Hall 13 presents holiday regions all over the world, the latest houseboat creations, charters and marinas as well as the variety of activities in the most beautiful water sports regions in Europe and exotic destinations overseas.

Hall 14 will welcome fans of canoeing in the "World of Paddling". In the canoe canal, small and big boat fans can paddle their laps in front of an impressive mountain backdrop and relax at the same time. Friends of classic boats will find their fulfilment during a visit to the "Classic Forum''. Also in Hall 14, the popular "love your ocean" stand with seven information islands will encourage visitors to think and exchange ideas about marine conservation.

In Hall 15, the whole world of sailing regattas, associations, "Sailing Center" and "Start Sailing" are on board. The scent of the big, wide world wafts over the stage of the "Sailing Center", here the stars of the international sailing scene are at the helm and report on breathtaking trips on the world's oceans. The sailing highlight in Hall 15 is the spectacular multihull yachts.

In Hall 16, the international sailing yacht manufacturers will be flying the flag with their large fleets. In an impressive presentation, almost all the major suppliers will again be present in Düsseldorf in 2023 with sailing yachts from 22 to 70 feet.

The highlight for surfing is Hall 17. The XXL pool, specially lowered for the still young wingfoil sport, surfing contests, information from the pros for the newcomers and a chilling, exotic South Seas atmosphere are the hallmarks of boot's "Beach World". Expert tips directly from the manufacturer or dealer are available at the stands of the international market leaders of the surf sports scene, who have docked in Hall 17 and will also be presenting numerous surf professionals.
