First interior and exterior pictures of the Leopard 40 Powercat

by Leopard Catamarans 13 Jan 2023 14:51 GMT

We're glad to share the first interior and exterior pictures of the Leopard 40 Powercat with you! The first hull is on its way to Florida and will make her Worldwide Premiere at the Miami boat show in February.

Please have a look at the pictures and if you want to tour this new model in Europe or in Miami do not hesitate to contact us!

Eedback from Alex Simonis, our naval architect

"This new Leopard 40PC has been our biggest challenge. It is a smaller version of the Leopard 53PC or 46PC that offers a similar comfort level and performance at 40 feet. One of the main reasons which makes this a real challenge is that power cats are getting much more weight and trim sensitive as they get smaller (more critically, getting shorter). Intense research into our CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools has enabled us to achieve exceptional excellence in this size."
