US Sailing has announced the full schedule, sponsors, and exhibitors for the Sailing Leadership Forum, a biannual conference for sailing leaders from sail training and education, yacht club and sailing organization management, race officials, and industry professionals, on February 2-4, 2023 in St. Pete Beach, FL.

Sailing Leadership Forum includes over 45 breakout sessions, six keynote speeches from inspiring figures, and over 30 sponsors and exhibitors for attendees to sample. Experience the latest innovations from industry partners including Zim/West Coast Sailing, MarkSetBot, StarBoard Foils, Tahe Outdoors, SERO Innovation and more during the Friday beachside Demo Day activities. Also included are two award ceremonies, where US Sailing's highest awards will be announced.

US Sailing will present the Community Sailing & Training Awards during a luncheon on Saturday, February 4. Separately, the much-anticipated Rolex Yachtsman & Yachtswoman of the Year Award Presentation will take place on Thursday, February 2.

This year's sponsors and schedule have some of the most diverse subjects in the event's history. Breakout session topics include everything from fundraising to foiling, while exhibitors and sponsors range from sailboat and powerboat manufacturers to regatta gifts and safety equipment.

During the event, attendees will hear from keynote speakers, enjoy meaningful discussions with fellow sailors and sailing organization leadership, hear new ideas in leadership and race officiating, discover boats and technology, and learn ways to grow their organization.

"The main reason I come to Sailing Leadership Forum each year is that I get to rub elbows with the people in our sport who are doing the heavy lifting to make sailing better and our part of the world a better place," said Rich Jepsen, US Sailing President.

A full schedule of events during the Sailing Leadership Forum is available at sailingleadership.org/forum-schedule.
