Colligo Marine® Furlers are unique in that they are all designed with maintenance free bearing systems, but they can all be taken apart and serviced if needed.

From heavy duty automotive style bearings with double seals in our CN5 series to Torlon or Ceramic bearing systems in our head swivels or CF1.5 series furlers. With an extensive use of titanium, in lieu of stainless, our furlers offer great performance and durability.

Our Furlers are officially Southern Ocean Certified™!

What does this mean?

Earlier in 2022, Ryan Finn put Colligo Marine Furlers to the ultimate test. Finn sailed from New York to San Francisco rounding Cape Horn on his 36' Proa, Jzerro. He experienced some of the most dangerous waters and hazardous conditions. Jzerro was equipped with Colligo Marine Furlers and Torque Rope on all his sails, including his down wind spinnaker. Thus, making Colligo Marine Furlers Southern Ocean Certified™!

Note that Spinnaker Furlers are only as good as the torque rope they use. Colligo Marine has one of the best torque ropes on the market. So if you want a safe and easy sail - Colligo Marine has got you covered. Learn more about our Furlers here.
