 ‘What is the most important thing to you in your job, or when looking for a job?’

We asked this questions to our 2,500+ respondents in our 2022 Marine Industry Salary Survey, and the results we received were interesting.  

 28.1% said work culture was the most important. 
 26.3% said pay was important.  
 21.4% said progression opportunity
 15% said flexibility
 7.8% said Training and development
 0.6% said job title
