Jordi Xammar is only six months into his role as leader and driver of the Spanish SailGP team. Yet his world - and season - seems to be crumbling around him with the mounting pressure of performing against some of the best and most experienced sailors in the world.

His next event is at home in front of thousands of Spanish fans, where he looks to find his form and prove he is the right person for the job.
