Another edition of Lusíadas Saúde Porto Sailing has come to an end.

In a mix of exciting regattas, moments of conviviality between participants and Lusíadas Saúde employees and health lectures on topics such as food, sleep and others, the focus was on promoting a healthy living.

As usual, this event included the Women On Water Portugal, an exclusive regatta for female teams, and the XII Regata do Infante, which gathered a record number of 57 yachts in the waters of the North of Portugal.

In addition to its sports component, this event shines a light on social inclusion or, as we like to say, non-exclusion. For the second year in a row, the S!M Somos Capazes project (Translates to "Yes, We Can Do It!") joined this party by selling coffees and providing musical shows. For the first time, they did the regatta from start to finish with good mood, courage and nautical knowledge acquired throughout the year. As a result, they were awarded with the "Yes, We Do Regattas!" trophy.

An event not to be forgotten and which keeps on establishing itself as the celebration of sailing, of values associated with sports and inclusion! This is the great Lusíadas Saúde Porto Sailing party.

We do Sailing... with Lusíadas Saúde!
