World debut of the Tri-Deck Horizon FD110 at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2022

by Horizon Yachts 28 Sep 2022 09:38 PDT 26-30 October 2022

All eyes will be on the Horizon Yacht USA showcase during the 2022 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, held October 26th - 30th, as the first TriDeck FD110, a Tri-Deck FD100 and an FD80 Skyline make their world debuts at the Horizon Yacht USA stand located in the Red Zone, Face Dock, from Slips 600-604.

Launched this summer, the first Tri-Deck FD110 is the largest build to date from the Cor D. Roverdesigned Fast Displacement (FD) Series. The yacht will undoubtedly enjoy a commanding presence during the show, where the Series' characteristic full-height windows and elongated deck areas will be sure to turn heads.

Entertainment and relaxation are the emphasis of the FD110's design, and the five-stateroom yacht features a style throughout the main deck and on-deck master suite that emphasizes natural finishes, subtle coloring and clean, modern elements. The main deck comprising the salon, dining and forward galley provides a voluminous oasis in an atmosphere that is both warm and elegant.

One of the signature design features of the FD Series is the on-deck master stateroom, and that aboard the new FD110 does not disappoint. Expansive views from the large windows to port and starboard surround the king-sized bed, and a spacious his-and-hers ensuite with a grand shower is positioned forward. On the lower deck, four further ensuite staterooms comprise two mirrored VIPs amidships, a convertible twin to port and a third VIP in the bow. Crew quarters for up to six are situated furthest aft and include a double Captain's cabin and crew mess.

The wheelhouse and enclosed skylounge with dayhead are situated on the bridge deck, while the boat deck and uppermost decks are equipped for entertainment. The foredeck is fitted out with a spacious sunpad, seating and dinettes and a large Jacuzzi tub. Plentiful storage, a refrigerator and icemaker set up and removeable sunshades make this yet another compelling exterior lounge area. The uppermost deck is fitted with multiple sunpads, seating and a wetbar for al fresco relaxation amidst the panoramic views. The area is also equipped for plug-in remote control maneuvering and docking.

Equally stunning in its presence during the show will be the first Tri-Deck FD100, a five-stateroom yacht boasting a contemporary interior styled by Miami-based Design Studio JAC. The interior features high-quality natural materials such as linens, natural stone and teak, while European oak wall paneling and flooring throughout enhance the neutral backdrop.

Full-height windows invite natural light into the main salon, which offers plentiful seating, a cigar humidor and a dayhead, while the dining and galley are featured forward. The on-deck master stateroom spans the yacht's beam and includes a spacious his-and-hers en suite.

The lower deck offers four additional staterooms comprised of mirrored queen en suites amidships, a convertible twin to port and a VIP in the bow. Crew quarters for up to six are situated aft of the engine room, along with a laundry area and a fully equipped beach club.

From the spacious boat deck equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and bar to the foredeck fitted with an icemaker, refrigerator and loungers, to the flybridge with a large sunpad and L shaped seating and coffee table, this yacht is a must-see.

Show attendees will be thoroughly impressed by the brand new FD80 Skyline on display. This is the first FD80 model in the U.S. to feature an open galley design. She is also the first FD80 to be fitted with Caterpillar 1,600hp engines and the Garmin Surround View six-camera "Birdseye" system.

Configured with a four-stateroom layout that features an on deck master, an enclosed skylounge, expansive deck spaces and a beach club plus crew quarters, the FD80 embodies the best of superyacht living in a mid-size package. The master stateroom, with a built-in sofa to port, plentiful storage and cedar-lined closet spaces, comprises the forwardmost section of the main deck. On the lower deck, a VIP is positioned in the bow, while a second VIP ensuite is situated to port. To starboard, a convertible twin ensuite provides flexibility for guests. Crew quarters for four and a beach club are positioned aft.

On the boat deck, freestanding furniture, a wet bar and BBQ can be shaded by an awning. Another trend pioneered by Horizon, the FD80 foredeck offers an additional inviting entertaining area, with a U-shaped settee and dinettes, and a large sunpad that also can be shaded by awnings.

On the Horizon Power Catamaran stand, a brand new PC60, featuring the model's evolved interior styling and extended flybridge with a dayhead, will be on display.
