Gozzi Mimì at the Genoa Boat Show with the new version 2023 of the Libeccio 11 Walkaround

by Gozzi Mimì 15 Sep 2022 01:38 PDT 22-27 September 2022

Gozzi Mimì has chosen the Genoa Boat Show for the world premiere of its new version 2023 of the Libeccio 11 Walkaround, exhibited alongside five other highly successful models. All the boats will be in the water.

At the Genoa Boat Show, the Campania-based yard that continues to innovate in the gozzo category will present the world premiere of a new version 2023 of its Libeccio 11 Walkaround, a restyling of the Libeccio 11 Walkaround designed by Valerio Rivellini in 2020 with a new stern area providing unheard of space on a boat this size. The interiors include two cabins, a galley and a bathroom. Plus, a stern garage for tender and toys and a hard top that make this model the perfect holiday solution for families or groups of friends.

On show alongside this new version (also designed by Valerio Rivellini), there will be five of the best loved models in Italy and abroad, where Gozzi Mimì is becoming an emblem of important boatbuilding capabilities combined with the allure of Italian design. A number of famous boats that have written the history of the brand since the '70s can be visited alongside more recent ones, characterized by their modern design and generous spaces for open-air conviviality, an increasingly important requirement in this sector too.

Libeccio 6.5 Classic (tiller version) and Libeccio 7.5, two of the first models to be built by Gozzi Mimì and still very much in demand, both with a double sun pad in the bow and stern. The 7.50 was the first boat in the open range, with an ample sun pad covering a spacious cabin.

The Libeccio 8.5, on the other hand, will appear in two versions: Sport, a modern, fast, stable and safe day cruiser, and Walkaround, designed for youthful owners and sport fishing enthusiasts.

Lastly, Libeccio 9.5 Walkaround is one of the models in highest demand, especially in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. It features a symmetrical central console and stands out for various original solutions, such as the hard top with arms mounted on the forward console and the stern bar unit with wood finishing and a hidden seat that can also be used as a kitchen unit, a couch in the stern that turns into a sun pad, and a table seating six. The dinette has a double bed and a single for a child. The boat's top speed is 27 knots.

Gozzi Mimì will be at the Genoa Boat Show (QUAY BA-17) from September 22 to 27.
