Sailing aboard the Sarch S8

by Sarch Media 2 Jul 2022 20:44 AEST

The S8 model comes to increase Sarch's cruiser S range. A fast sailboat, towable, comfortable, easy to manoeuvre and ready to navigate on high seas. All this in a length of 8 metres.

So far, you have had to give up something. But at Search we resist it, we design and build our cruisers so you don't have to give up on your dreams.

With the Sarch S8 our expectations have increased. Adding more height in the cabin (up to 1.84m in the entrance area), more storage space, a huge aft cockpit, the possibility of mounting an inboard motor without sacrificing any area in the habitable part of the sailboat and the possibility of obtaining the Category A with which you will have no limits in navigation. All this without forgetting the interior volume, the comfort, the luminosity, the easy handling, the feeling of security, with enviable stability and the performance of a fast cruiser that is also towable.

Mention aside is its construction of the highest quality. At Sarch we choose only the best materials for the construction of our boats and we use the most advanced techniques in shipbuilding, combining them with other more traditional ones.

Attributes that make it a more recognizable sailboat since the Sarch S8 is built in Epoxy CP. A technology recognized for its resistance, rigidity, lightness and thermal and acoustic insulation, which allows the shipyard's clients to opt for colour tones that differ from the standard Gelcoat white colour of large-series sailboats and others. The Sarch S8 will not go unnoticed by the dock.

For the manufacture of the upper deck, the vacuum epoxy resin infusion technique is used. Creating a sandwich, this time with a PVC foam core, extra light, insulating and anti-condensation.

The Sarch S8 you can choose between three types of keel: CAT C, CAT B, CAT A (for off-shore navigation). In addition, this model can have retractable keels to facilitate transport and navigation in areas with low depth and spring tides.

It has four motorization versions:

  • Petrol outboard: up to 30 CV with remote control, electronic start and electric charge
  • Electric outboard
  • Diesel inboard with saildrive Yanmar 15 CV
  • Electric inboard

Sarch differentiates itself by adapting to the requirements of each client

As for the interior design, it has two interior designs:

  • Option 1: kitchen and separate bathroom, convertible table into a bed and with two beds, which we call version (cruiser)
  • Option 2: all open inside called (lite)

***Both have great interior luminosity thanks to their almost 360 degrees of light inside the cabin

Sarch work and installs well renounce brands for its installations: Sails (North Sails), hardware (Harken, Spinlock, Lewmar) Rigging (AG +), installations (Lewmar, Osculati, Dometic, Victron Energy, Raymarine or B & G)...

Because we know that you deserve the best, the Sarch S8 has to be yours.
