The Ocean Legacy crew traveled to the Bahamian island of Elbow Cay in the Abacos recently to film another exciting episode of our acclaimed TV show, Ocean Legacy.

Elbow is home to Hopetown, one of the most picturesque and sought-after vacation spots in all of the Bahamas. It's also home to the awesome Firefly Sunset Resort, a stunningly beautiful spot, which served as our base of operations for this epic adventure. Firefly combines luxurious accommodations with an incredible bar and restaurant, all over looking the beautiful Sea of Abaco.

We fished with Mya Bridgewater, 15 year-old daughter of Matthew Bridgewater, president of Gemlux. Mya is a highly enthusiastic and accomplished angler, and we had a tremendous amount of fun searching for bottom fish along the area's numerous reefs and drop-offs. This and other all-new episodes of Ocean Legacy begin in September at 8:30 am Sunday mornings on The Discovery Channel, don't miss it!
