Episode 6 of ROCKWOOL's Into the Depths sees us head to Bermuda - and what better way to kick off season 3 than to sit down with a genuine legend of the sport?

Jimmy Spithill needs little introduction. A two-time America's Cup champion, Spithill became the youngest ever winner of the 'Auld Mug' in 2010 and successfully defended the trophy 3 years later in San Francisco in what many describe as the greatest comeback in team sports.

In this episode, Jimmy reveals his secrets to building a successful team, why he firmly believes SailGP is the future of sailing, and most importantly - the philosophy behind his non-negotiable no-d*ckead rule.
