Barton Marine to Co-Sponsor the MTA Awards Dinner

by Barton Marine 23 May 05:56 PDT 20 June 2022

The Barton Marine team are pleased to support everyone working across the UK marine trades sector through sponsorship of the 2022 MTA awards dinner. Hosted on the 20th June, the night before Seawork opens, at the legendary Grand Café in Southampton, it will be the first MTA awards dinner since 2019.

The event is organised by the Marine Trades Association and made possible with co-sponsorship from A Plan Commercial Marine Insurance, Marine Resources, Barrus, ASAP Supplies and Barton Marine.

The evening will see the 2022 awards for MTA business of the year, personality of the year and chairperson's special award handed out, alongside Barton Marine's very own David Coleman Excellence in Exporting Award to be presented to the winners from 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Alongside the awards, the Grand Café's chefs will be conjuring up a gourmet menu, with ample wine included on every table to wash it down. Excellent live music will be performed by London jazz and blues guitarist John Fowler.

Tickets for the awards dinner are on sale now for £50 per person or £500 per table of ten. With the event already half sold out, make sure to book quickly to be sure of a place at the return of one of the year's best marine industry socials.
