Steering the Course Festival 2022 - Women's Keelboating Day at Queen Mary Sailing Club supported by RS Sailing

QMSC is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and is taking part in the Steering the Course 2022, run by World Sailing. The festival takes place across the globe each year and is aiming to encourage and promote women in sailing.

For its headline act QMSC has arranged a Women's Keelboating Day on Saturday 21st May.

The day is aimed at all ability levels from complete novice to experienced sailor and is hoping to gather as many women as possible on the water, developing sailing skills in a friendly environment. With over 20 women currently signed up and just six spaces remaining, the day has already proven to be a big attraction for women around London and the South East of the UK.

It is being run in RS21 Keelboats and the day is being supported by RS Sailing. At a cost of just £50, a fantastic opportunity to get out on the water with like-minded people, benefit from sailing coaching and have fun.
