Q&A Live Call with Stevie Morrison, 49er World Champion and two-time Olympian, on how to simplify a complicated sport © Road to Gold

Stevie Morrison won the 49er World Championship with teammate Ben Rhodes. Together the childhood friends from the west country in England went on to represent Great Britain twice at the Olympic Games, narrowly missing a medal at London 2012.

These days Stevie is coaching the next generation of skiff racers towards the Paris 2024 Olympics, as well as bringing his own brand of punchy, opinionated TV commentary to SailGP.

One of the most talented sailors and a great character too, join the Road To Gold team this week for a live Q&A session with Stevie. It's going to be a proper blend of infotainment! Road To Gold's Hamish Willcox and Andy Rice will be running the show, but it's up to you to bring whatever questions you have for Stevie, who has enjoyed success in many other small boat fleets including winning the Fireball World Championship. Whatever boat you race, Stevie will bring useful, actionable insights to your challenges on the water.

Stevie has a knack for simplifying the complicated, an incredibly useful skill for any of us when we're struggling to see the wood for the trees. This is what Road To Gold is all about, identifying the stuff that is going to make the biggest difference to your place on the scoreboard and focusing on that until you've turned a weakness into a strength.
