The Montreal-based company specializes in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation and corporate finance advisory services. Their professionals offer deep expertise in providing middle-market M&A advisory services to the technology and consumer industries, amongst others. Additionally, the firm is renowned for its expertise in business valuations in the sports sector.

"As we look to expand our footprint on the international stage, we wanted to align ourselves with a global organization that shares our values of diversity and sustainability.
