Canada SailGP Team is pleased to welcome Canadian investment bank, IJW & Co., as team partners.

The Montreal-based company specializes in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation and corporate finance advisory services. Their professionals offer deep expertise in providing middle-market M&A advisory services to the technology and consumer industries, amongst others. Additionally, the firm is renowned for its expertise in business valuations in the sports sector.

"As we look to expand our footprint on the international stage, we wanted to align ourselves with a global organization that shares our values of diversity and sustainability. We're very excited about the opportunity to support one another while representing Canada and are looking forward to growing this successful partnership," said Giancarlo Petroro, Managing Director at IJW & Co.

IJW & Co. has been involved in the Canada SailGP Team since its inception. The firm's strategic advice has been integral in shaping the commercial strategy and building the unique partnership structure of the team.

"We truly value the expertise and commitment that IJW & Co. brings to the team. Their corporate finance and business valuation experience has enabled us, as an independent team, to build a unique ownership structure. I am confident that the team is on track to reach our valuation targets with their continued support," said Fred Pye, Owner and Founder of the Canada SailGP Team.

IJW & Co. will be present for the debut of the Canada SailGP Team at the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix presented by Hamilton Princess on May 14th and 15th, as well as many other events around the globe throughout Season 3.
