The following regatta, which will take place in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy) from April 23 to April 25, will see the participation of Càpita - the accessible daysailer - with inclusive teams aboard promoted by the local association Tiliaventum.

A competition that is not specifically paralympic and reserved for sailing boats with formula ORC, further confirming that sport and sea are for all.

The participation of Càpita in this important event of the Upper Adriatic is a part of the diversified activities of the Sea4All project and has already reached - always with inclusive teams - the 2nd place of the class the last year, but it also reached the 1st place twice in the 2020 and 2021 edition of the local "Punta Faro Cup".

The 2022 race will certainly be very challenging due to the presence of noble teams from all over Italy and abroad that will compete in 5 tests scheduled in three days. Nonetheless, the fact of having the possibility to compete in such prestigious occasions is already a huge satisfaction and a clear sign of the improvement of the accessibility of sports and the sea environment and the feasibility of inclusion. All this is made possible thanks to the accessibility of the hosting local structures and to the Càpita sailing monohull, which is manageable independently, as well as to the spirit of hospitality that distinguishes Lignano where all architectural, mental but also economic barriers are broken-down, allowing in this way serene and pleasant everyday life to everyone.

Sea4All is an intense programme that includes open days, sailing, transfers, regatta teams also to the famous Barcolana, courses, but also kite4all, sup4all, excursions, aggregative occasions and much more throughout the whole year where diversity is captured as a resource and opportunity with satisfying social impacts.

Sea4All enjoys the patronage of Friuli Venezia Region, Friuli Venezia Turismo, Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro as well as the indispensable appreciation and support provided by Zampa Foundation, Marina Punta Faro Resort, Triride, Guidosimplex, Giotto Hearth Listener, Tecnolam Belluno, Intras Lignano, Triring, Eurobox, Keepsmart and many others that are always committed to the realization of all these wonderful activities.
