Junior Sailing Programs back at full speed this summer

by Manhattan Yacht Club 12 Apr 2022 09:43 PDT

Do you know a child or teen who would benefit from being outdoors in the fresh air this summer?

Do you know someone who could use a boost in confidence by learning a cool new skill?

After two years of Covid, we are happy to report that the Teen Sailing Academy and Operation Optimist will be back at full speed this summer.

These programs are organized by the New York Harbor Sailing Foundation.

We have already hired a great group of international instructors. And we look forward to sailing near the Statue of Liberty again.

Registration forms are now active and you can begin signing up! You can also read the 2022 instructor bios on the website.

Don't let your juniors and teens be trapped indoors this summer! They deserve a summer of fun and happiness.

Sailing is outdoors, healthy and will lift up their spirits. Try one week, and if they like it, sign up for more!
