The US J/24 Class Association is seeking applications from Women's and Youth sailing teams for the 2022 J/24 World Championship in Corpus Christi, Texas, July 14-22. This is a call-out to Women's and Youth teams from around the world! Don't miss this opportunity to sail on one of the coolest, hottest, bodies of water in the world!
Imagine. Blowing 15 to 25 kts, 75 F water, 80 F temps, sunny, dry, no humidity, bathing suit weather all week long... Can't be beat!
The IJCA Regatta Regulations allow the following opportunities for Women and Youth in the J/24 World Championship:
4.8 One all-female crew per country, to be selected by each governing J/24 national authority, will be eligible to sail the J/24 World Championship to compete for the Jaeger J24 World Championship Women's Trophy. Women’s online form.
4.9 One under 25-years crew per country, to be selected by each governing J/24 national authority, will be eligible to sail the J/24 World Championship to compete for the under-25 Turner Trophy. The crew members shall all be 24 years of age or under on the first day of championship racing. Youth online form.
In the case that a qualified individual is unable to participate, the USJCA is accepting petitions via this online form.
