Godfrey Marine, manufacturer of pontoons built with enduring quality and superior craftsmanship, announced today the launch of 19 all-new layouts for the storied Sanpan line for model year 2022.

Godfrey Pontoon Boats introduced the first all-aluminum pontoon boat, Sanpan, at the Chicago Boat Show in 1958. It continues to raise the bar with a newly redesigned, first-class interior, with enhanced convenience throughout and industry-leading materials. The Sanpan models are the pinnacle of luxury and showcase amenities for almost any on-the-water activity.

The entire Sanpan lineup was redesigned with dynamic styling and undeniable luxury. New vinyl color options with eye-catching accent colors are made out of smooth Simtex vinyl for exceptional durability, UV resistance and strength for a sleek aesthetic. To add to the luxury of the boating experience, the perfectly sculpted deluxe captain and co-captain chairs deliver all-day comfort for cruising, relaxing, or simply sharing the moment. Theyhave adjustable pedestals with an elevated helm seat that provides a commanding view for better situational awareness. The upgraded standard Garmin® touchscreen control center is more prominent and increased from 9- to 12-inches. The fishfinder and chartplotter provide the captain with navigation information, boat speed and engine RPMs. It also allows users to control the RGB lighting throughout the entire boat, including in cupholders and underwater lighting and the Fusion® Platinum LED-lit speakers. Programmable soft-touch buttons enable owners to create one-touch activation of their most-used gauge, lighting and accessory combinations.

Even the simplest of details have been re-imagined. There is a nonskid inductive charging pad at the helm, and throughout the boat, there are USB/USB-C charging ports to keep mobile devices at full power. The captain's cup holder is electrically cooled and new for this model year, and the standard stainless steel integrated cleats are now offered in black.

"Our team put a great deal of thought and care into every aspect of the Godfrey Sanpan," said Andrea Malleck, product manager, Godfrey Marine. "The quality of the fit and finish of the Sanpan line feels almost bespoke, with hull selection, deck layouts and a customizability that allows the discerning customer to pick the perfect dreamboat for you and your family."

New models include the Sanpan Split Bench, Sanpan Lounge, Sanpan Windshield and Sanpan Twin. The Split Bench allows guests to stretch out and relax with bow and stern lounge seating available in 23- to 27-foot lengths complemented by co-captain's chairs in an open-deck design. The Lounge has all-new smooth, dynamic styling and first-class interior in lengths from 23- and 27-feet with capacity up to 18 people. The Windshield models are available in 25- to 27-foot configurations and deliver port to starboard wind protection. The Twin models available in 27-foot length, offer a ride like no other. Experience double the power unleashed on the water for a one-of-a-kind boating experience.
