Blue Emme Yachts has chosen the glamorous backdrop of the Cannes Yachting Festival for the world premiere of Evo V8, the futuristic new flagship from the shipyard's Evo Yachts brand.

This revolutionary 24-metre yacht with her refined, minimalist design represents the point of intersection between influences from the two worlds of sailing and motor yachts, offering a completely new approach to the cruising experience.

Promising to be one of the star attractions at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2021, held from September 7 to 12, the exclusive 24-metre Evo V8 hides a slew of brilliant design solutions and advanced technology features on board.

As always, the French boat show is a must-visit event for all the industry players and yachting enthusiasts who flock each year to the Porto Vecchio, ready to be enthralled by the season's new products. This year, Evo V8 promises to play a starring role at the show, inviting comment on her modern, chameleon-like design that can be transformed in moments to offer new lifestyle scenarios on board, and on the innovative technology that ensures guests' enjoyment and wellbeing.

The yacht, the first in the shipyard's new V line, is inspired by the challenge Blue Emme Yachts and designer Valerio Rivellini set themselves: to combine strengths and insights from the worlds of both sailing and motor yachts, with the aim of offering an alternative onboard lifestyle unlike anything seen so far, based on opportunities for socialising and relaxation, even when cruising under power at high speed.

With her refined and understated lines, Evo V8 is designed to excite and amaze, like a Russian matryoshka doll hiding multiple nested surprises, and has a fully customizable layout.

Evo V8 will be moored at the Super Yachts Extension and the shipyard invites all fans of design, innovation and both motor and sailing yachts to come on board and take part in an exclusive treasure hunt to discover all the incredible details featured on this yacht: from the exclusive Roof Top and four helm stations to the plunge pool hidden in the bow area and the evocative panoramic lounge, via the sheltered lounge that connects the exterior deck with the owner's cabin and through to the spacious main deck with a 270-degree sea view.

On show with Evo V8 at Cannes will be two other highly popular models from the Evo Yachts range: the new Evo R4 XT and the Evo R6 Open.

Evo R4 XT, which makes its world debut at the event, is the new version of the 13-metre R4; the new walkaround has multiple innovative features, including the stand-out custom platform in the bow that adds a metre to the boat's length.

Another walkaround, Evo R6 Open is one of the few 18-metre models on the market that successfully combines spacious, liveable and fully appointed exteriors with generous and comfortable interiors. Like all Evo Yachts models, the interior layout in both cases can be fully customised according to the owner's needs and wishes.

Blu Emme Yachts will be at Cannes Yachting Festival from September 7 to 12, stand SYE 214.
