Phantom Midlands Series 2021 underway

The Phantom Midland Series is now under way and this year has been kindly sponsored by the midlands based HD Sails 'Championship designs made by championship sailors' and are no strangers to the Phantom Class, together with Ceildeh carbon masts 'composite technologies with a range of carbon fibre masts to Olympic sailing classes', who are looking at opportunities within the Phantom class.
The Inland Championships in June hosted by Northampton Sailing Club was the inaugural event for the Midlands Series, which saw 36 boats keen to prove their intentions.
The next event is at Carsington Water Sailing Club on the 18th July and is a joint Midlands/ Northern open. The NoR is now posted on the club website with a 10.30am first race. Who will take up the challenge and which region is going to become the victor of this inter-regional competition?

The remainder of the five event series later in the year, requiring three to count are:
- Draycote S.C. - 4th September
- Burton S.C - 23rd October
- Bowmoor S.C - to be rearranged
