As the Ocean Race Europe fleet headed off on Leg 2 from Cascais to Alicante we had time to take stock and consider what we saw at the coastal race, the Mirpuri Trophy race.
What looked like being a pretty straightforward 40nm dash up and down the coast ended up being pretty thought provoking, especially ahead of the Leg to Alicante.
