With the 36th America's Cup done and dusted, and while we wait for the details of the 37th America's Cup to be announced, it is an interesting exercise to look back at some of the content put out by the teams - with the benefit of hindsight.

A little lost in the content overload before and during the last America's Cup is this set of three videos compiled by INEOS Team UK grinder Graeme Spence. The first is a monologue while he was in a two week quarantine in Auckland - and gets his daily temperature check mid-video. He also talks about the sailors reaction to seeing the second boats of other teams.

The second video is shot inside the team base in Auckland and covers the issues that surround any America's Cup team building up for an event, and particularly so given the COVID-shortened timeframes.

The third video is a very interesting video tour through the INEOS Team UK base in Auckland.
