We are pleased to announce that effective 15th March 2021 Luke Morrison has assumed the role of Managing Director with overall responsibility for driving the business forward. Steve Cockerill will now take on the Founder and Chairman role of the organisation, giving Steve an opportunity to foster and promote broader opportunities within Rooster and our industry.

Luke Morrison joined Rooster in 2013 and has been involved and working within the watersports industry for the past 15 years. Luke’s primary focus has been on developing sales and new opportunities, specifically overseeing a significant growth period in our distribution and stockist network, alongside activities worldwide including the start-up and development of our USA company and fulfilment centre. More recently, Luke’s role has developed into spending more time on the overall Management of Rooster including building important relationships both inside and out the business to help respond and adapt to our constantly changing times.

Steve Cockerill will continue to be fully involved in Rooster, providing his expertise and support as he always has done. Steve injects drive and passion for watersports into Rooster, the team, and the industry. He drives the need for making sure we design; supply and manufacturer products customers need and want to make watersports easier and more fun, this embodiment is an important aspect that we will continue to cherish and build upon within the business.

This is an important year for Rooster, whilst we emerge from a pandemic and introduce significant changes to the business. Our efforts are now focused on the opening of our fulfilment centre in Germany, giving us important stability for future growth in the European market and with that the continued Investment in our UK and USA business. We will continue to all work hard offering the best expertise and service to all our customers, whilst ensuring a stable and exciting developing product range now and into the future. We look forward to what the future holds for Rooster and for its customers.
