Boatpoint, a progressive and expanding boat sales business recently launched by national marina group boatfolk, has further extended its partnership with Network Yacht Brokers.

Network Yacht Brokers is one of the largest groups of independent yacht brokers in the UK and Europe and boatpoint has now launched an office at Haslar Marina, Portsmouth Harbour.

The new office at Haslar Marina, Gosport, is a strategic move to further strengthen boatpoint's expanding boat sales business presence on the South Coast, providing a professional yacht brokerage service in Haslar Marina, Portsmouth Harbour, and the surrounding area.

Phil Jones, boatpoint Manager, comments, "The launch of boatpoint as a part of the boatfolk family offers exciting new opportunities for boat lovers across the South Coast. The launching of a boat sales arm of boatfolk broadens our customer service offering to both our berth holders and the wider Solent community."

This will be the fourth boatpoint office in partnership with Network Yacht Brokers, following the successful start-up and operation of its offices at Conwy Marina, North Wales, Royal Quays Marina, North Shields, and Portland Marina, Weymouth. As a main dealer for Jeanneau, a global market leading boat brand, boatpoint is confident it can help customers find a boat that suits their needs at a price that offers exceptional value.

The new boatpoint brokerage office, boatpoint Portsmouth, will be headed up by Chris Ibbotson who has over 20 years' experience in boat sales and who previously owned and operated Waterside Boat Sales Gosport. The boatpoint Portsmouth office is located at Haslar Marina and can be found in the marina village, and will primarily focus on brokerage, while working hard to secure new boat dealerships.
