Spinlock inflatable lifejackets have now gained Maritime NZ approval for use on both commercial and recreational vessels in New Zealand.

Spinlock lifejackets are internationally popular with boaties and fishers, partly because their recreational and non-Solas commercial models need only be serviced once every two years (instead of annually as is the case with most inflatable lifejackets).

Spinlock lifejackets are available in a range of fashionable colours, fit comfortably around the shoulders (rather than the neck like other lifejackets) are lightweight and low profile. They include a single crotch strap with recessed clip (to reduce the risk of snagging), have 170N buoyancy and one size fits all. They also come with a long 5-year warranty.

New Zealand distributor Lusty and Blundell Ltd is now also a Certified Spinlock Lifejacket Service Centre. This means they have been formally appointed as a service centre by Spinlock, meet the standards required by the International Maritime Organisation, have certificated personnel who have been properly trained by Spinlock, carry genuine spare parts and have up-to-date servicing manuals.

As an officially Certified Spinlock Lifejacket Service Centre, Lusty and Blundell is able to service, repair and repack all ranges and models of Spinlock inflatable lifejackets. The large popular Spinlock range is now available nationwide through both New Zealand distributor Lusty and Blundell’s three showrooms in Auckland, Whangarei and Tauranga and their nationwide network of leading marine dealers.
