  • The new location in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in the south of France, sells services and provides after-sales assistance
  • Videoworks' international offices have dedicated telephone numbers, active 24/7

Videoworks, a leader in audio/video, entertainment, IT and home automation, continues its international expansion by opening a new office providing pre- and after-sales care in Cagnes-sur-Mer, on the French Cote d'Azur.

This is the third international location in the Videoworks network, further expanding the Italian company's presence on the global stage, in addition to Videoworks, S.p.A. in Italy, Videoworks Europe BV in Aalsmeer (the Netherlands) and Videoworks of Americas, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Ultra-high-resolution monitors, latest generation audio/video systems, advanced home automation systems for managing lighting, shading and climate control, multimedia entertainment and safe, reliable internet connections are must-haves in system integration today. Offering clients, the best possible assistance is the other essential requirement in an increasingly globalized world, an objective that Videoworks is further poised to meet with the entry into France.

In the event of issues with audio/video and home automation systems, Videoworks technicians can conduct an initial remote diagnosis and, in some cases, even solve the problem by connecting directly to the on-board server. When necessary, Videoworks' technical staff can provide on-site service to verify, modify and resolve any issue that may remain following the initial remote intervention.

Speed, efficiency and minimal wait times are the key aspects of professional after-sales service; accordingly, every Videoworks office has its own dedicated phone number, active 24/7 to deliver seamless service for its valued clients worldwide.
