The first First Yacht 53 hits the waters in Asia Pacific

To celebrate the first First Yacht 53's arrival in the Asia-Pacific region, a specially-planned three-day launch event was hosted with the presence of the owners, friends, clients and partners in Keelung, Taiwan, China this mid-September.
She was publicly displayed with the other three Beneteau models, the spacious Oceanis 51.1, the foils-equipped Figaro 3 and the robust Barracuda 8 during the event featuring sea trials, handover ceremony, onboard visits, barbecue party and friendly sailing race.
Having her world premiere last year at Cannes Yachting Festival, the First Yacht 53 has received a warm welcome from the international sailing community. This model arrived in Taiwan in late July and was sold by Beneteau's local dealer Simpson Marine. The owners plan to cruise her around the surrounding waters and participate some local regattas. What's more exciting is a second First Yacht 53 order is recently placed in Taiwan, and she is scheduled to arrive in January, 2021.
In late August, Australia's first First Yacht 53 arrived in Sydney, commissioned by Beneteau's dealer in Australia Flagstaff Marine. The 53 is doing quite well globally, and getting momentum in the Asia-Pacific region. The charm of the First Yacht 53 presents itself. One of her owners, Xavier based in Marseille, France said at an interview with Beneteau: "It's so enjoyable to live aboard, so silent and comfortable. As yet, I can find no fault with her!"
Bringing sheer sailing sensations, the First Yacht 53 is a high-end sailing yacht combining luxury and performance, making her comfortable and easy to move around.
Roberto Biscontini, drawing his experience in the America's Cup, has given the 53 a perfectly balanced hull under sail with high performance. Lorenzo Argento is the mastermind behind the design of the deck plan and interior. The First Yacht 53 is blessed with modern minimalist yachting design features: low coachroof, broad open stern, clean cockpit. She stands out with distinctive style and represents the excellence of modern-day racing yachts.
