North Sails Expert Warwick Kerr (Wazza) owns a Spirit 36 called Wakaki , hull #45, built in 1991. “This boat was a good compromise between my modern racer mentality, and my wife’s more traditional long keel, heavy cruiser mindset.” They departed from Mallorca in October of 2019 and have been all over the place since, from Mallorca to La Linea, Gibraltar, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, and more recently has made landfall in Antigua and is now in Sint Maarten. The family has fully embraced the bluewater cruising lifestyle and couldn’t be happier doing what they love. Being able to share this experience with their three-year old son Kilian has made it even more special.
