On this week's Happy Hour with Stretch and Stirfry we catch up with INEOS Team UK sailing star and all-round good bloke, Freddie Carr.

As a key member of the British America's Cup team and a veteran of multiple America's Cups, Freddie gives us a very special insight into a 'Cup campaign'. Expect a roller coaster ride as the boys cover a wide range of topics including rugby, the journey that one takes to be a full time sailor, INEOS Team UK's preparation, America's Cup memories and the joys of starting your pro sailing career as 'the nipper'.

You can also listen and download the Happy Hour podcasts on iTunes here.
