The TACO Marine® product range includes the GS-800 and GS-850 VHF antenna mounts, which can be operated safely from the deck - no climbing on the gunnel or seat backs to adjust.
GS-800 VHF Antenna Mount
The GS-800 VHF Antenna Mount was created specifically to prevent climbing on the boat gunnel to raise and lower a VHF antenna. Lift and descend the antenna from the safety of the deck from under tops up to 2" thick. It has smooth operation, an attractive machined aluminum frame and a cast stainless-steel rotator. It accepts any standard 1-1/4" thread (male) shaft VHF antenna up to 8' tall and includes a folding crank handle that locks flush into the base.
GS-850 Electric VHF Antenna Mount
Adjust the position of a VHF antenna with the simple push of a button at the helm. The GS-850 Electric VHF Antenna Mount easily installs to the surface of a hardtop and will fit all top thicknesses. No under-mount clearance is required. It also accepts any standard 1-1/4" thread (male) shaft VHF antenna up to 8' tall.
