GONE DIGITAL 
The Melges Team has evolved with the times to present online racing with Virtual Regatta. The Melges Virtual World League had such an overwhelming response that participants were split into two divisions with six fleets each. The Finals are scheduled for April 16 and you can tune into a live broadcast of the racing hosted by Alberto Carraro and Mauro Melandri.

MELGES 20
WEST COAST TRIUMPHANT AT FINAL WINTER SERIES EVENT
Daniel Thielman's Kuai won the final event of the Melges 20 Winter Series in Miami. With a seven-point lead ahead of the second place boat, Thielman said, Putting the upwind and downwind together was the key to victory. While Kuai won the final event, it was Igor Rytov's Russian Bogatyrs who won the overall Winter Series.

LESSONS IN LIGHT AIR 
The Melges Team was down south at Eustis Sailing Club for Zenda U and the Midwinters last month for some light air sailing and fun with the fleet. Despite Mother Nature's uncooperative attitude, we hosted a great clinic featuring lessons on how to keep the boat moving in light air.
