The Streaker Stand at the RYA Dinghy Show was the venue for the presentation of the North Sails Streaker sail to the winner Andrew Hague.

Each year the Streaker Class presents a new Streaker sail to the competitor whose name is pulled out of the hat having competed in the North Sails sponsored 2019 Northern Paddle Series. Competitors get an entry into the draw for each race you sail in the series; the more events/races you sail the better the chance you have of winning the sail. Andrew Hague amazingly only sailed the one event, his home clubs' event at Ripon Sailing Club. North Sails Tom Gillard presented the sail to Andrew at the show.

The 2019 Northern Paddle Series was won by Martin Penty from Beaver SC rounding off a successful season for Martin, as he also won the Streaker National Championships and Inland Championships.

The Streaker Class are delighted to confirm that North Sails will also sponsor the 2020 Northern Paddle Series. Later this month the first 2 events are being held in this competitive but friendly series of Streaker open meetings. 21st March Tamworth SC and 28th March Ripon SC. Further details can be found on the Streaker Class Owners Association website; www.streaker-class.org.uk/meetings
