Another Interclub is done and dusted! Raymarine is proud to be a major sponsor of this prestigious competition and wishes to congratulate the New South Wales Game Fishing Association for yet again running a truly spectacular event.

A solid run of black and striped marlin off the east coast resulted in premium game fishing action for competitors taking part in the 2020 Interclub, further cementing this event as the premier bluewater comp in the Australian fishing calendar.

"We partnered with the NSWGFA for our first Interclub back in 2014 and look forward to the event every year," says FLIR Maritime Asia Pty Ltd General Manager Damien Weber.

"We're really proud to be an integral part of this iconic game fishing competition and would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the NSWGFA and all the competitors for making the 2020 Interclub such a huge success."

As part of its partnership with NSWGFA, Raymarine conducts free "health checks" for all boats competing in the Interclub which run Raymarine marine electronics. This innovative program ensures skippers and crew can be confident their Raymarine equipment is running at optimum performance.

"This fantastic program run by Raymarine is a great example of the close and beneficial relationship NSWGFA and Raymarine enjoy," says NSWGFA President Garry Chenoweth.

"As any serious bluewater angler knows, finding the bait is key to finding the fish. There's no doubt that having the Raymarine technicians work their magic is a massive help to the skippers and crew lucky enough to be running Raymarine gear on their boats".

"NSWGFA is hugely appreciative of Raymarine's support and assistance with Interclub. They've been valued partners since 2014 and we hope the association continues for many years to come."

As well as providing the free marine electronics "health checks", Raymarine backs up its support of Interclub with expert staff and Service Dealers on hand to provide additional technical advice and assistance to competitors prior to and during the event.

"We're part of the game fishing community and we like to be there to help all the skippers and crew who use and love our gear, so they get the best possible results out on the water," Raymarine's Damien Weber says.

"Interclub is a great way for us to show our support for game fishers and the great organisations like the NSWGFA which represent them and run these fantastic competitions. We can't wait for Interclub 2021!"
