Further to our announcement on 29 January of the postponement of Hong Kong Race Week, HKRW regret to announce that due to resource timetables and scheduling limitations, it has been decided to cancel Hong Kong Race Week for the year 2020.

Regatta Chairman Peter Davies reiterated his heartfelt thanks to everyone who had contributed so much time to planning and organising this year's (non) event, and to the numerous volunteers who offered up their precious time in order to assist at this great youth regatta.

To the many competitors from Hong Kong and around the region who were denied the chance to race together in 2020, Davies said the HKRW Committee are already fully committed to Hong Kong Race Week 2021 and that event planning was already well under way.

Hong Kong Race Week looks forward to seeing everyone back together again at a similar time next year for Hong Kong Race Week 2021!

Standby to save the date for next year's event!
