Tred Avon YC to host 2020 Melges 24 U.S. National Championship

The USM24CA is thrilled to announce that the 2020 Melges 24 U.S. National Championship will be hosted by the Tred Avon Yacht Club in Oxford, Maryland on October 15-18. Three days of top-notch Championship racing is being planned.

October typically holds the best sailing conditions on the Choptank River and in Oxford with winds between 10-15 knots, gusting to 20. The water is super flat and allows for very fast sailing upwind and downwind.

The Notice of Race (NOR) and online registration are currently in progress and will be available shortly at usmelges24.com
