What They Said:

Dylan Fletcher (31, Thames Ditton, Surrey), 49er

"It's been a tough event for us so far, I haven't fully been firing as I would like. We are in the mix and going into the last day we are focusing on our processes to come out and sail to the ability we know we can. It's all about finishing on the podium tomorrow."

John Gimson (36, Congleton, Cheshire), Nacra 17

"We are excited to get out on the water tomorrow, it's all to play for in the final fleet races. Hopefully we can get ourselves in to the medal race in reasonable shape. We will give it our all."

Ben Saxton (29, Cambridge), Nacra 17

"We're looking forward to tomorrow, so far this week we've been sailing well but we haven't quite had the rub of the green. It's a testament to the form we've shown all year that we're still in the mix. We are looking forward to trying to finish the event strongly. It's going to be fun."

Saskia Tidey (26, Portland, Dorset), 49erFX

"We have had a tough week so far. Struggling to find our flair until today. We are hanging in with a chance of medal racing with two more races left. Lets have it."
