The first day of racing in the Hyundai Oceania Championships for the 49er, 49erFX and Nacra 17 classes was held in ideal sailing conditions - with a fresh offshore breeze, bright sunlight and clear water - without a lot of harbour traffic.

In this image gallery we feature the Nacra 17 class sailing in the afternoon session when the offshore breeze had settled in nicely, giving the crews a good workout - and providing on a real show for the camera.
